WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT AND RETURN
Art.1. The user has the right, on the basis of Art. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act to withdraw from the concluded contract / to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, as no compensation or penalty is due and no reason for refusal should be given.
Art. 2. In exercising his right under Art. 6.1. The User is obliged to inform the Supplier and return the goods at his own expense. The return details are:
Recipient: xxxxxxxxx. The supplier is not responsible for parcels returned with incorrect data or parcels for which he is not known.
Art.3. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal by the User, the Provider shall be obliged to refund the amounts paid by the User within 30 days from the date on which the User exercised his right of withdrawal. The Supplier shall be entitled to postpone reimbursement until the goods have been received back or proof of shipment has been provided.
Art.4. In exercising his right of withdrawal, the consumer shall pay the costs referred to in Art. 3 and Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, and is obliged to return the goods in good commercial condition with the original packaging, in its entirety, without damage, together with all accompanying documentation. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from their use other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Article 5.For hygienic reasons, goods from the categories “Graters & clips” are not subject to exchange and return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
